Holly’s legal practice focuses on special education law, school disciplinary proceedings, and other education matters. Holly graduated with honor from South Texas College of Law in 2005 and worked for 2 law firms where she was trained to litigate.
In 2012, Holly's daughter was born with Down syndrome, & she discovered a strong passion for helping families of children with special needs navigate the complicated education system to receive appropriate services.
Holly represents families students & their parents in multiple areas of education law, including special education, civil rights, & discipline. She litigates administrative matters & lawsuits in federal court - including due process hearings, MDR proceedings, disciplinary hearings, grievance hearings, OCR complaints, & civil lawsuits.
Holly is admitted to practice law in Texas & in U.S. Federal Courts for the Southern & Western Districts of Texas. She enjoys music, hiking, fly fishing, woodworking, sewing, yoga, & spending time with her children, Ev & Georgia.
